Bold Look

I've shot this photo a few days ago at Al Azhar Park. Seems photos of kids taken from below give a better effect. That boy popped his yes out as I pointed the camera towards him. What a bold look!

Cat Yawn

After failing to snap the first yawn with the auto mode of my Canon A530, I remembered the Kids&Pets option which I have not made use of before and remembered that the manual pointed out that such mode can be handy while shooting kids or pets playing around and moving fast.

I switched from Auto to Kids&Pets mode to try it. Indeed, I managed to take this photo in the right time. The Kids&Pets mode in the Cannon PowerShot proved handy here, it takes the shot quickly in contrast to the auto mode that takes time from the moment you press the shutter button till the photo is actually taken. So, whenever you have kids playing around or pets moving about and want to be ready to take a photo at any unexpected time, try going for the Kids&Pets mode and see how fast it will go.
